How much arrived from BODS today, how much on the days before it, and how much of what should have arrived did not. This is the dull operational view — Data ingestion explains how the feed works, Control room watches it for failures now, and Capture health judges whether a short day can still be repaired.
Today is kept out of this table. It is a part day, and a morning sitting in the same column as finished days reads as a collapse.
Journeys never seen were scheduled and produced no observation at all. This is the honest ceiling on what the feed can say: a journey nobody tracked and a journey that did not run leave exactly the same mark, and nothing here can separate them.
Hours below expectation is recording falling short of what a comparable day managed, scaled to the service actually timetabled. Those days may still be repairable from the raw archive — Capture health says which.
Payloads not captured is the one that cannot be undone. BODS serves only the present moment, so a poll not taken is gone: no amount of asking later will produce it. Every other kind of missing is, in principle, recoverable.
