Measured from live vehicle positions against the scheduled timetable, timed from when a bus leaves each stop rather than when it arrives — a bus reaching a timing point early waits there until it is due. A stop counts as on time from 1 minute early to 5 minutes 59 seconds late, the UK convention. Figures default to timing points — the stops operators publish times for and are held to; times at other stops are interpolated by the timetable publisher rather than promised.
How each area is running right now, against how it normally runs at this time of day. Follows the filters above, except the date range — this is always the last hour.

Percentage of departures within the on-time window, per service day.
A gap mid-morning is an inconvenience; a missing last bus strands someone. Both are invisible in a daily average — one journey in two hundred barely moves a percentage — so each service’s first and last journey is tracked in its own right, per route, per direction, per day. Per route since 17 September 2026: a line number is not a service, and where one number covers two the earlier-running route was taking both ends of the day from the other. Days before that were recorded per number and cannot be rebuilt.
When in the day the network runs to time, and when it doesn't.
The same observations as the chart above, grouped the way performance is actually reported. The two schemes do not line up — Vix's morning runs to 07:00 and its AM peak ends at 09:30, where the franchising bands split the small hours out and turn on the hour — so a figure is only comparable to another on the same scheme. Every band is labelled with its own range for that reason.

Operators with services scheduled that day, and whether their buses actually reported. An operator showing nothing is usually a re-issued timetable rather than a quiet depot — every figure above silently excludes it until the GTFS is refreshed.
Individual stops where buses most often miss the window. Drawn from raw departure records, so only covers the retention window.
